How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by DHL/SF/Express depending on the product’s weight and size. All shipping options are expedited delivery (5-12 working days).

Do you ship worldwide?

Of course. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are not able to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries we will contact you later.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the location. These are our estimates ( Doesn’t include  1-4 day processing time )

What about customs?

Almost all of our orders go smoothly without any customs duties. However, any further custom fees are beyond our control, we are not responsible for any extra custom fees. Maybe some orders involve custom fees when it arrives in your country but once again most of the orders go smoothly without any extra effort.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For some reason ( related logistical), items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will get a notification through your email.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and/ debit cards. You can view our payment methods in the footer or in the checkout process.

The customer can purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check ( using your regular Bank Account).

We use the most trusted payment methods currently available, which guarantees your safety. Your information and privacy are protected by SSL security protocols strictly.


Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours (in that time the packaging and shipping process has not been started)


Fully refund for faulty products within 30 days.

If you do NOT receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Your order is protected when:

  • The item did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-15 days.
